In other words, wash the area with soap and water, then dry it with a clean towel. When the wound is ready, take a piece of gauze kling and placed it gently on top of the injury. Afterwards, pack the wound tightly with gauze kling. But be careful not to wrap it tightly — too much will do more harm than good. Some medical tape can hold the gauze kling in place.
